Location

The southern-most freeway access to Bat-Yam, the
street runs through the business district,
connecting the eastern freeway all the way to
the beach, curving slightly northwards as it
nears the coast.
Municipal Project

The plan:
The initial replacement of the sewage lines will
be followed by the creation of pedestrian and
bicycle routes which will run east-west. The
plan encourages the commercial facades facing
into the street to improve their aesthetic and
presence.
Implementation:
Sewage lines in process, as are the traffic
lanes.
Personality

A multi-laned access road that passes through
the business district, the street separates the
new neighborhoods to the south from the old
neighborhoods to the north. The road reaches the
cemetery in the south east, and meets with the
city of Holon on the eastern border. On the
western edge of the street, along the beach, is
a populated trailer park. There are a number of
open public spaces alongside the road that are
free for intervention.
