Personality
The street is one of Bat-Yam's main transit
routes. The street’s southern bank leads to the
cultural and educational centers of the city
(including the museum and college). The northern
bank is characterized by deteriorating
residential buildings and a national mental-care
facility. A fragmented collection of green
spaces is scattered around the area.
